Larisa studied Political Science with a minor in Hungarian at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and Organizational Leadership at Penn State University.Larisa worked for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the Secretary of Agriculture, and later for the Governor of Pennsylvania, in the office of public policy. She has spent the last several years working for the Royal Family in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates as the business development manager, with focus on sustainable development, and head of their large non-profit foundation for youth, literacy and education, women and children in refugee camps in the Middle East and Africa. Presently, Larisa serves as CEO of Phoenix Global, LLC, an investment and development firm focusing on projects primarily in Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe. She is also Executive Vice President of STP Capital Partners, LLC (Skopje Technology Park), and Chairman of LTP Capital Partners, LLC (Lusaka Technology Park). She is a renowned keynote speaker and serves on various executive and non-profit boards globally.
