Therefore, we can say that example is a natural way of nurturing and guiding. It is the same with the leadership of a country. No matter what the policies and laws of the state are, the nation will always work and live as its leader lives. Therefore, we can say that the best leader is the one who leads the country as he feels and lives. This means that he is honest with himself and the nation will follow him unconditionally.

His Inspirational Story

People know me in the media as a professor at the university, as an advisor to presidents of states and large corporations, and as the author of numerous books on leadership and relationships. Therefore, with this article, I will try to present myself a little differently, and what is not visible is of great importance for the development of the world and peace in the world. I have always fought against violence in all areas. In my work I have found that most of the silent and hidden violence. Especially when leaders act out their psychological complexes on their employees, citizens it doesnt mean they physically abuse them, but they demand something from them to satisfy their ego. Even if outwardly he seems to be kind to them and gives a lot of comfort, this is only an apparent motivation, but in reality it is manipulation. Thats why very early on, as a physicist and later as a psychotherapist, I began to develop a business model of how to lead in such a way that leadership is not manipulation, exploitation  but to lead as naturally as possible, to develop our feelings, to work with colleagues, citizens  develop their potential and create real freedom and democracy.

So, first as a scientist and researcher, I founded a new science: Dynamilogy! Dynamilogy is the active study of "living" processes and phenomena related to human and nature! It is a new branch of science that I formed based on physics, psychology, and economics.

It is decoding of nature’s secrets of a sort. Only if we look at nature, we see that everything is simple, that everything works on its own. And we often say that it would be great if it was like that also in our lives. Let’s examine a diamond as an example. A diamond is made of carbon. But graphite is also made of carbon. The difference between the two is only in the atomic structure. And if we transfer this fact to our economy, how much graphite would we have to sell to get a value that is equal to the value of one sold diamond?

The whole secret is therefore in the right order. The code of nature is the right order. If we compare a business process or a process in personal life with natural processes, we quickly figure out what we are doing wrong. This way we will also quickly come up with a formula for success. All we need to do is to put the process in our personal or business life in the right order.

Then I developed a business leadership model from Dynamilogy. A Dynamic Leadership Model that comes from nature and develops and encourages people to have a positive side. Thus, in a dream, a system for managing the future was created, which will also bring a whole new economy in the future, for which I was also nominated for the Nobel Prize in Economics!

That’s why, when I advise world leaders, I make it a priority to help them develop their potential and be as honest as possible. Above all, I am honest with them and do not wrap their advice in fine words and praise. But I also lead in a certain way.

Of course, I don’t just help with words, I also help with actions. As an active member of the Informative Protection Association we help to separate real migrants from those who exploit the system or are even dangerous in the world. On the International Police Association I help the security authorities, especially with their Mental Health. As Knights of Malta, we mainly help in different parts of the world through various charities. Lately, I have moved from being a counselor and a professor mainly to field work solving various conflicts in the world. Thus, I am actively involved in saving the nations of the world that live in no man’s land and deserve their stance or at least autonomy.

My latest and current project is to resolve the status of Western Sahara, specifically the nation that has been waiting for 40 years for a referendum that was agreed upon as part of the UN. However, due to various interests and manipulations, more than 200,000 people are suffering.  Therefore, I have set myself the task of clarifying their status at the highest level next year. I am always on the side of the honest and those who want to fulfill their potential, and that is also the only thing that will save the world.

Why Are Minority Rights Important?

Protection of national minorities, rights and freedoms of members of minorities are all part of international protection of human rights. It is necessary to begin the consideration of the legislative framework as a base for creating positive regulations in signatory states with the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR). The Covenant is the only global treaty that includes a provision (art. 27) that specifically refers to minority rights.

Minority rights are based on the recognition that minorities are in a vulnerable situation in comparison to other groups in society, namely the majority population, and aim to protect members of a minority group from discrimination, assimilation, prosecution, hostility or violence, as a consequence of their status. It should be highlighted that minority rights do not constitute privileges, but act to ensure equal respect for members of different communities. These rights serve to accommodate vulnerable groups and to bring all members of society to a minimum level of equality in the exercise of their human and fundamental rights.

Minorities require special measures to ensure that they benefit from the same rights as the rest of the population. Hence, minority rights serve to bring all members of society to a balanced enjoyment of their human rights. In other words, their aim is to ensure that persons belonging to a national minority enjoy effective equality with those persons belonging to the majority. In this context, the promotion of equal opportunities at all levels for people belonging to a national minority is particularly important, since it empowers communities and promotes the exercise of individual freedoms.

The sense of belonging to a common society implies that, when the right conditions are in place, individuals, irrespective of their identity, should not only respect the legislation and the rights of others, but should also avoid self‑isolation and take full advantage of their opportunities to channel claims through the legitimate instruments provided by the authorities.

The participation of persons belonging to minorities in public affairs and in all aspects of the political economic, social and cultural life of the country where they live is in fact essential to preserving their identity and combating social exclusion. Mechanisms are required to ensure that the diversity of society with regard to minority groups is reflected in public institutions, such as national parliaments, the civil service sector, including the police and the judiciary, and that persons belonging to minorities are adequately represented, consulted and have a voice in decisions which affect them or the territories and regions in which they live.

2020 has been a turbulent year, how have you pivoted during the pandemic ?I have to agree with you that 2020 has been extremely turbulent so far. We can only hope that the situation will calm down to some extent and that global markets will stabilize. But it is as it is, so we have to adapt to the situation and pivot away from the way things used to bed one, because the world will definitely not return to the way we used to know. In light of this,we have been forced to make a number of critical business moves that may seem strange in the short term but will have positive effects, in the long run, leading to a quicker recovery and greater long-term resiliency. For us, international travel has been canceled, as the current epidemiological situation is not yet that we can travel safely. As the head of an organization that prioritizes international missions, we depend on face-to-face meetings, presentations, and even face-to-face lobbying for a certain project, complicated by the fact that we can’t travel, which makes the volatile business environment of 2020 seem like a disaster, however, it can actually be an opportunity for new projects, partnerships, and successes. 2020 will be a year of lost business. By no means does this mean that this will also be a year of lost opportunities. As we create opportunities for ourselves, so it is vitally important that we build networks, friendships,connect and, whenever possible, take advantage of the opportunities of the globalized and digital market. It is important that we have friends, that we belong to something – clubs or organizations, that we grow experientially and entrepreneurially, and that we have access toopportunities.

You are the Chairman of the Global Chamber of Business Leaders. What do you enjoy most about Entrepreneurship?

It is a great honor for me to have been entrusted with the mandate to lead the Global Chamber of Business Leaders at the beginning of this year. Little did we know at that time how disruptive and transformational this year would become! GCBL is an exceptional global organization with an extensive network of friends and partners from around the world. Transformation is important in these complex times, when the world, and with it the world economy and entrepreneurship, is facing completely new circumstances that require extreme ingenuity in many segments of the economy. Of course, this is not an easy period to serve in such a demanding role as leading a Global Organization whose main goal is to care for the welfare of the economy and connect business leaders, but I have a feeling that I have been entrusted with a special mission, and I do not take the magnitude of this responsibility lightly. I am proud to lead a team of people with rich experience. For the colleagues I have in GCBL, no task is too difficult, so in the end, the result will not be missed as we emerge as the leading organization for businesses and professionals in the world. The greatest pleasure I can share at the moment is seeing the results of good teamwork, working well for others, encouraging innovation, creativity,and caring for the weaker, for all those for whom we simply have to if we want to be a just society.

Where do you get inspiration for the activity you do ?

Inspiration for actions is a state of mind associated with perception, based on acquired know ledge and previous experiences, as well as the desire for a new, better, bright future.
What are your current projects ? 
My biggest project is the further development of the Global Chamber of Business Leaders(GCBL). Of course, it is not the only one. As a senior advisor, I am also involved in the STP project in the area of North Macedonia. It is a state-of-the-art technology project that can serve as a model for similar projects around the world. Dr. Anila Kaba Bashllari was born in the City of Tirana, the capitol of Albania. She studied economics at University of Tirana, Economic Faculty. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from International Bled School of Management, Slovenia and PhD in Entrepreneurship from University of Tirana. She has hold different top managerial positions working as Advisor to Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation; Minister of Trade and Industry and Minister of Industry and Transport from years 1993 -1996. During that period, she was in charge for legal and enabling environment policies for Small and Medium Enterprises in Albania and Chairwoman for SME Foundation – established with the support of European Union.

For more than 15 years, Anila has worked with International Financial and Human Development Organizations such as UNDP, UNIDO, IFC/World Bank and USAID in different managerial positions, leading teams to support business enabling environment for SMEs, capacity building and access to financial support through diligent business analysis and development.

During these years of continuous education, intensive training and proven results, great opportunities and precious connections, she came to a revelation that although all of the above are important and play an immense role in our lives, what enables a person to succeed is the degree to which a person invests into his/her personal growth and development.

It was year 2003 that initiated her interest in personal development and growth, area that has been deeply explored towards finding the life purpose and meaning, getting into connection to talents and unleashing her feminine power, finding inner harmony and peace and seeking to become the best version of self.

There were not easy years with up and downs but worthy to go through and “reborn” to a new dimension not known before: freedom of being self and accept and love for what she was. Since 2003 she never stopped investing in her personal growth and in 2014 she decided to establish her own business as Coach, Mentor and Trainer in personal development, blending her knowledge and previous professional experience with the tools and techniques for personal development, serving CEOs, top level managers entrepreneurs and individuals to achieve their goals by boosting their energy, find the harmony between work and family by gaining clarity and motivation, increasing productivity by learning how to prioritize and better organize their daily agenda, learning how to tune into their intuition-creativity and problem solving.

She is a certified life coach by Quantum Success Coaching Academy; member of John Maxwell International Team and certified Neurocoach by Executive Program, Loyola Marymount University in California.

She has helped hundreds of people through personal and group coaching using mindfulness, brain evidence-based strategies and holistic approaches to achieve their goals and dreams, live a charged and fulfilled life by raising their awareness, controlling and managing emotions, tuning into creativity and problem solving as well as learning to manage themselves.

She has trained thousands of people on leadership skills, emotional intelligence effective communication,public speaking and presentation skills, developing agrowth mindset and positive attitude to grow faster and farther.

Dr.Anila Kaba Bashllari has also been part of various national and international interviews cited by TV, magazines and newspapers, locally and internationally. She has appeared in various magazines and blogs that have supported her initiatives to help people awake and raise their awareness, grow personally and professionally. She strongly beliefs that the world can change if anyone does change him/herself.

Lori McNeil is a 20-year International Educator & Business Coach who get results . She helps entrepreneurs worldwide reach higher levels of success in life and in business than they ever thought possible , while building a true legacy.

Lori has extensive experience teaching all age levels. Her experience includes teaching music at the elementary level , teaching in the prison system , alternative schools , junior high ,high school, circuit and justice court programs , and special community based Continuing Education programs as well as adult learning programs for business professionals.

 Twenty years. Twenty years seems like a long time. In some ways it is, especially in business, as technology advances practically daily. The best ones understand how to stay relevant, and Lori McNeil is one of them. From humble beginnings to a solid career cut from public education to international business coaching, her journey is one to pay attention to.
Recognizing the importance of educating children from elementary through high school, that experience gave her wisdom to expand beyond the traditional classroom into areas where few dare to reach, such as alternative schools, and deeper into those who desperately look for change, that of the prison system. From there she shared her expertise by volunteering her time to develop and implement coaching programs to children and adults across the justice system and into community education and adult learning for business professionals.
This foundation of coaching, teaching, training, and mentoring others allowed Lori to expand her reach and develop her passion for helping and guiding others into areas she never believed possible. After earning both a Masters degree in Business Administration and Education (with emphasis in Curriculum and Instructional Technology), she utilized her experience and training to develop grassroots literary programs used throughout the country earning her a Presidential Service Award for her long term involvement and success. That positioning allowed Lori to optimize her influence raising 3 million dollars and earned her the privilege as an invited guest at the National Celebration of Reading in Washington DC advocating literacy platforms that supported her showcasing her children’s book series entitled “Charlie” written from a child’s viewpoint that inspires children to think deeper, try new skills, build vocabulary, and practice their imagination. Lori’s heart for watching children achieve their dreams doesn’t stop there. She advocates for young entrepreneurial success, having had success at the age of 11 when she opened her first hot dog stand with a bank loan (when you meet Lori, ask her about it).
Nationally and international, Lori works to support causes close to her such as cancer research and our military. A wife and mother, Lori set out on a lifelong dream accomplishing it by being crowned Mrs. Oregon in 2016. Lori makes great strides in coaching entrepreneurs towards their success. This had led to one of her flagship programs… media. Through her book, “Media Secrets Revealed” Lori walks the reader through her five step process that has allowed her to be featured across local, national, and international media outlets, from the mainstream likes of ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS, to local shows such as “The Business Doctor.” Undeniably, this opened doors for Lori to grow into a prolific writer being featured across multiple platforms such as She Owns It, Thrive Global, and Medium, to name a few and the honor to co-author a book with Kevin Harrington (the original shark on Shark Tank and pioneer of “As Seen On TV fame).  Lori devotes much of her time inspiring others through speaking, writing, and coaching.
